It is anticipated that every lot will carry a substantial lot premium due to the location and proximity to the hub of the community. Golf lots may fetch as much as 150,000-175,000. Factors contributing to the escalating prices are not only supply and demand, but also rising material and labor costs. Over 200,000 workers in the construction industry lost their jobs due to the housing decline, but they are not re-entering the work place now. The shortage of works has caused many delays in housing starts throughout the valley.
